These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI chat service (“the Service”) operated by Related Code Kft. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
2. User Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using the email or social sign-in options provided through Clerk. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Service Usage
4.1 Service Plans
The Service offers various plans with different features and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our website.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting
4.3 AI Integration
The Service reaches AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, Cohere, Meta, Amazon, Perplexity, and others through OpenRouter. It reaches the third-party apps you connect through Composio. Your use of these features is subject to the respective providers' terms of service.
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
5.2 Payment Processing
Subscriptions are managed through Clerk Billing, which uses Stripe for payment processing. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details.
5.3 Recurring Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5.6 EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by subscribing and accessing the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed during the withdrawal period.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Service Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Related Code Kft. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors. You should verify important information independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Related Code Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Related Code Kft. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your member state of domicile in accordance with applicable EU law (Regulation 1215/2012).

14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
16. Waiver
The failure of Related Code Kft. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Related Code Kft.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Related Code Kft. regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
